the right to manufacture and distribute Curio Wellness’s Best Self
Collection in New York. The portfolio includes topicals, tablets, chews and
vapes. This capital-light growth model allows Curio to expand into one of
the most promising markets in the country without the need for significant
new investment, while Vireo enhances its portfolio with proven, high-demand
offerings.
